Have to shop with kids? Make it a fun adventure. For kids that can read, make up a grocery list and put them in charge of reading the list and checking off items you’ve bought. If you have pre-readers, make a list with pictures. Have the kids “help” you look for the item. Note: don’t include every item on the list. I like to pick 3-5 items in different parts of the store.
